Brand Identity + Website Experience
A complete digital transformation

The Challenge
Crownbisi sells internet and networking gear: Starlink, routers, MiFi, and accessories. But its branding and online presence didn't fully communicate the level of professionalism and trust customers expect when they're paying for technology products.
Overview
Crownbisi Tech Ventures resells internet and networking equipment (Starlink kits, routers, MiFi, power backup, cables), doing real volume, but almost entirely through Instagram and WhatsApp. That channel worked for word of mouth, but every sale still needed a manual back-and-forth, and the business had no home online it fully owned.
Discovery
People buying networking equipment want to know they're buying from a business they can trust. That trust starts long before they make a purchase. It starts with the first impression.
Strategy
Every design decision was made to help Crownbisi appear more professional, more established, and easier to trust. The approach: turn the WhatsApp relationship into an asset rather than a bottleneck: keep WhatsApp as the checkout, but give customers a real storefront to browse first, so the DM starts with "I want this" instead of "what do you have?"
Design
Instead of a logo filled with trendy effects, we built a clean symbol that works everywhere. The 'C' wraps around the 'B', representing protection, reliability and continuous connectivity, an identity that feels professional, memorable, and built for long-term growth.
The website wasn't designed to impress other designers. It was designed to help customers quickly understand what Crownbisi offers: clear navigation, clear categories, and a simple buying experience that removes confusion and builds confidence.
Outcome
Built with static HTML and Tailwind, optimized for low-bandwidth connections, and deployed on Netlify at crownbisitech.netlify.app: a full product catalogue (Starlink kits, routers, MiFi, power backup, cables) each with a direct WhatsApp checkout link, plus an in-page data top-up flow for the recharge side of the business.
The client's first reaction to the homepage concept: "Wow... this like a memo abi." The demo looked professional enough that he compared it to a formal document. The site now runs the storefront that used to live entirely in a chat thread.
Reflection
The clearest signal this worked wasn't a metric. It was the client comparing his own homepage to a formal document the moment he saw it. For a business built entirely on WhatsApp trust, that reaction meant the site had crossed from "looks nice" to "looks like something real."
The broader lesson: a business whose sales process already runs on a personal channel like WhatsApp doesn't need a website to replace that channel. It needs the website to make the channel work harder, so the first message starts with "I want this" instead of "what do you have?"
